I've been on LJ and posting since, oh, 2005, and still have a few friends from the early days for which I'm grateful. Happy to make new flisters!
Location: currently Southwest Finland but more regularly Southeast England
Describe yourself: Here's what it says on my profile... Female, Finnish but living in the UK, academic, university lecturer, writer, poet, fandom slut, geeky, polyamorous, pansexual, kinky, romantic, fluffy-headed, soft-hearted, open-minded, strong-willed, observant, introspective, over-analytical, assertive, prone to self-pity and procrastination, lazy, sarcastic, silly, tactile. Also into cats (not like that) and woolly socks (maybe a little bit like that).
On fandoms: When I say that I'm chronically multi-fandom, I mean it. Activity levels in any given fandom vary and are mostly restricted to occasional fic and art splurges. Most of that stuff can be found via my AO3 (though relevant links for Masterlists are also on top of my LJ)
I mostly post about... A mix of fandom related things (fics, art, recs, occasional squee) and real life posts. The latter includes stuff about everyday things, moaning how busy work is, goggling at stupidity (and occasional awesomeness) of students (I work in higher education), pictures of my cats, occasional forays into socialising, baking, photos etc. All RL posts are flocked.
My last three LJ posts were about... Well, the last three were RIP posts to Carrie Fisher, another one for George Michael (this fucking year) and a Happy Mid-Winter Celebrations post to the flist. I don't feel this is particularly representative. The last three before those were a RL update, an Avengers ficlet, and a Bandom ficlet.
How often do you post? Depends on how busy and stressful work gets. Sometimes not for a couple of weeks, sometimes daily for a period.
